Visited the shop recently and I am returning today. Fabulous selection of very many varied stock and larder items as well as my favourite Salt of the Earth underarm spray normally bought on the internet at a higher cost! Lovely lady and she could not be more helpful and knowledgeable about the products and supplements. They sell a great range of teas. By the way I am not vegetarian or vegan, just live organic healthy products, better for the planet, environment and us.

I have been in this town for a month and when I discovered this shop I frequented it.. wanted to support the little health food store.. the lady was super gentle and kind. Last week I bought many oils and have spent over 100 pounds in 3 weeks.. When they sold me a Rosehip oil.. open and inferior quality.. I called and  wanted to return it.  The owner turned nasty and said "should take it back there and than".As I am at work I couldn't..  They did not replace or refund. £9.99 A OIL WHICH WAS OPEN AND HAD NO SEAL...!!!!!!  I WILL  NOT RETURN.  RIP OFF!!!!!

Always helpful and knowledgeable! Having suffered from eczema on my palm for years, I was desperate for relief. Nothing from my doctor worked but the BIOSKIN spray and cream have been life changing! Pricey but oh so worth it. Thanks Kyffins!

Very nice owners and service, I have been with my wife several times. We like the dried Shiitake Mushrooms! The food selection is reasonably priced too considering it's not part of a massive chain. Good selection of alternative foods for vegan and vegetarians:

I have always been a believer in supporting independent shops. Having just moved to the area I was looking for a health food shop to buy some bits and bobs. I went in with my child in a stroller pushchair, I could see that the isles were tight so I kept my daughter away from the shelves so she would not damaged anything, I was looking at a product reading the ingredients when the owner of the shop came up to me and asked me to leave my child at the door whilst I did my shopping, he said my child might kick something off the shelves and it was for health&safety, I showed him that me child’s legs could not reach the shelves but he insisted that I leave her by the door. In this day and age there is no way I am leaving my child unsupervised by the door of a shop!! It is completely ludicrous!! For the safety of his shop!! I am to leave my 1 year old daughter by the door, treating her like a dog. I left the shop and told them I would not be coming back, they are more concerned about there shop then a child that was doing no harm at all. So I advise people if the have children at pushchair age then it’s best they do not shop here!! There is no way I would leave a child of that age of any age alone for anything to happen.

Recently I have bought some biscuits specially for diabetic. I was into shock finding the biscuits have gone moldy on reaching home. On checking the date, it was well past the “SELL BY DATE”.  How could these biscuits were still on the shelves for selling.

My experience is and was excellent.professional service. I will recommend to all.
