My Family and my self have been with practice since 2008. I have no overall complaint. The range of services appears to reasonable being updated as required,
I hope the staff of the surgery do not become deflated by the last review. They are under a huge amount of pressure at the moment, and are trying to do their best for everyone, with very limited resources. How amount a big thank you to them all rather then criticising them on something which is out of their control. Well done North Petherton you are doing a grand job
My family has been with the surgery for about 3 years and I’m extremely disappointed. It was okay in the beginning but now it’s a real struggle to get them to see my 2 year old for anything! Last year she had an ear infection and after a week of her being tortured by a fever after a negative PCR and me constantly phoning in and asking for someone to check her up a doctor saw us .. in the carpark!! Unreliable especially if you have small children!
Both my wife and I have used the North Petherton Surgery for almost 14 years. Throughout that time, we have been extremely pleased with the medical attention, care, courtesy and kindness we have experienced from the doctors, nurses, pharmacists and receptionists. We have never had a problem getting an appointment and rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes. We have left the area to move northwards to be closer to family in the NW and NE. Our major concern about moving was would we be able to find such a good medical practice in our new location. The jury's out!
Fantastic surgery, the staff and service is possibly the best in Somerset. Keep up the good work brilliant team
Too many mistakes being made. Which results in extra stress to patients and receptionists. Sort out your mistake makers

Very accommodating to my family. Lovely GPs who actually listen.
Always say "on time" when you check in... I always then wait at least ten minutes after my appointment time..
