I wish I'd read these reviews first. My order has never arrived. You can't get through on the phone and no one replies to emails. They were very quick to take my money though! Avoid at all costs!

My wife has had no end of trouble obtaining completion of an order. A third of the quantity ordered did arrive within a week, marked 'balance to follow' but after six weeks of emails, attempted phone calls, and an email promise (from Andrew) to sort it within 24 hours, silence. No further reply to emails, no phone call, no refund. If this failure is resolved I shall post an update - if not, I suggest customers shop elsewhere and avoid this company. But take care to establish that the alternative supplier is not connected with this company.

I have used this company since 2010 and have had no complaints. Placed an order on 10/12/15 - still not received it - no response to emails and message left. Number listed on Google is no longer active so messages left on the order line. Disappointed and out of pocket by £41.97. Not Happy.

Although I have successfully used this company in the past, on the most recent (and last) time I ordered the goods did not arrive. Despite numerous e-mails and attempted phone calls (with increasingly irate messages being left) I have had no contact what so ever from Specialist Socks. I'd agree with every other review on here and avoid this company like the plague.

Items never delivered, calls not answered or returned, emails ignored. Internet research shows lots of others experienced the same - the firm uses virtual offices to forward on mail to hide it's actual address, and the owner has other firms in liquidation. Would warn people not to part with their money or enter any bank/credit card details.
