Caroline is an actual magician! She made some pretty major alterations to my wedding dress including making the very delicate chiffon sleeves detachable, adding buttons and altering the style/shape completely. It turned out literally perfect - even better than I envisioned. She even saved the day when a frill shrug I bought for my evening look wasn't quite what I was expecting. I was very particular about how I wanted the dress to look and she absolutely nailed it - all whilst being so lovely and patient. She did such an incredible job and I would recommend her to anyone needing major alteration work. Thank you!
Caroline is absolutely fabulous. She made my wedding dress, my mum’s outfit and did the alterations for my bridesmaids dresses. I was very specific with how I wanted my dress and Caroline was very friendly, helpful and patient as well as extremely talented. The whole process was a joy from start to finish and it was amazing to have a bespoke dress that no one else would ever have. I’d never imagined I could afford to have a wedding dress made but the price was the same as shops and I got to have such an enjoyable experience along side it. I would highly recommend Caroline to everyone!
It was lovely to work with Caroline on my wedding dress. She listened to my ideas for the design and advised on fabrics that would make the best of the design. The quality and workmanship of the dress was excellent. Caroline made the process easy for me and each fitting was relaxed and fun. I am an older bride and it was second time for me I had many self doubts and my confidence was low. She gave me encouragement about what I could wear and the result was a confident happy bride feeling beautiful. I received so many compliments and many query’s on where I had got the dress. I danced all day in my dress and it never moved. The best part was the wow from my husband as I approached him. Thank you Caroline for creating my beautiful dress and making my wedding day wonderful.
Caroline was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole alteration process. I had two wedding dresses - one which needed a lot of alterations to the point of restructuring it and another which we took from floor-length into a mini dress for the evening. Caroline is so skilled at her craft and can think of solutions I wouldn't have known existed, coming up with innovative ways to get the desired outcome and has the patience of a saint. My mum and I must have felt like lodgers at her house by the day before my wedding as we'd been back so many times. She's got a real eye for style, is calm and cool with amazing attention to detail.
Caroline is a dream to work with. She made alterations to my dress, fixing some frustrating issues with the design/quality of the dress I had purchased. I felt safe and confident in her abilities. So much so I asked her to make my mum's wedding dress a few months later! If I'd have known about Caroline beforehand I would have got her to make my dress from scratch.
Caroline altered my wedding dress for me and I could not have been happier with the results! She listened to what I wanted, and executed the work perfectly. Caroline is a lovely lady, and seems to find joy in your excitement as the bride, which makes the experience even nicer. She's also really reasonably priced considering her wealth of experience. Highly recommended!
Caroline was so approachable and friendly from the beginning and throughout. She was totally respectful of my thoughts and ideas and although she gave her opinion when i asked she also gave me multiple options for getting the look I was after. Caroline had to dramatically resize my wedding dress and adjust the train and the finished dress looked perfect. Beautiful workmanship.

I have no hesitation in recommending Caroline to any of my friends or family. In fact, she was recommended to me by two of my friends and following my wedding has made dresses or made alterations for a number of my other friends! My experience with Caroline was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. As lovely as it was to go to bridal stores, it doesn’t compare to having your dress designed and made especially for you! The whole process was great fun, from our first sketch of my wedding dress to the final fit. There were lots of tears ! I feel so lucky to have had such a memorable experience with Caroline. She is so kind, thoughtful and easy to get along with and I look forward to seeing her again in the future when I hope I will need more dress alterations or even to design another dress !
