Love this place. Really lovely staff and very reasonably priced clothes that are that little bit different.
My first 2 visits with friends were very successful and we were happy with our purchases. Sadly the appalling behaviour by the manager today regarding a simple misunderstanding about returning an item will prevent recommending or shopping here again.
Every time I go I’m always impressed both with service and lovely designs! Have bought shoes, sandals, dresses and the Manager is fab friendly and helpful.
Just love this shop.Never met the lady, who served me ,before ,but as usual friendly, and chatty .Am addicted to Berkhamstead and Harpenden .Always buy something when i go .

There are lovely clothes in The Forge, continental style and nicely tailored, always something tasteful and unusual.
How did I not know about this amazing shop ??? The clothes are beautiful, quality and great value for money. Plus the lady running the shop was super too ! I will be back !
