Often visit the store when I’m over from Ireland to see family! They always have great stuff!
Wow what can I say, the staff are amazing always so helpful and kind, the product in store is exceptional! I managed to find what I came in for with the help of the staff. They gave me good advice on how to wear the attire and I’m am looking forward to my next visit.
It was ok. Same as anywhere in Harpenden it's not always easy to park... Nice selection of designer clothing. Only thing I found slightly annoying was after spending over £200 on sale items I never received a bag for my suit jacket so everyone could see what I had purchased because it was in the sale apparently, not always a bad thing i suppose. and not even a hanger for my suit trousers, good job it wasnt raining on the way back to my car !
Amazing service, I have been shopping at purple for nearly four years and the staff are alway extremely helpful, polite and go out of their way when I have voiced concerns, the clothes are fantastic such a variety of brands and styles. Will be heading in this week

Lovely staff and always welcoming when you come through the door. Good concept with the coffee shop and the barbers. Definitely worth a look in.
Lovely shop, great range of clothes. Staff were very helpful and happy to help. Would definitely recommend this store.
The staff is rude and have zero concept of customer service. I went in to discuss a concern, they barely acknowledged me and were un-phased by my concerns. Almost with out fail, when walking by the staff are outside smoking cigarettes.
Always fantastic customer service, attentive, helpful, cheerful. Coffee is great too!
Have been visiting purple for around 6 years now always had great experiences, staff are friendly and knowledgeable about current trends and suitability for the client
