I had a pretty big car dent and they did a fantastic job on it for a reasonable price. Great customer service, and very friendly. I even called them up for an emergency, as I did the stupid thing of leaving the inside light on in the car, and a man came over with in a few minutes and jump started the car. He even brought the car over to the shop to check the battery all for free. He really did save the day for me! I recommend this car shop 100%, especially if you're in the local area.

I've used Roy Chapman's in Tring 3 times recently for tyres and valet services, and each time they've exceeded expectation and have been very reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!

First rate garage offering honest advice and friendly service. Have been burnt many times by other garages, but Roy Chapman is the answer. Highly recommended!

Very friendly customer service and staff and also happy to quote for work and offer general advice. Agreeable waiting area with hot drinks. I've used them for MOTs and various work, including tyre fitting, suspension repairs, new brake pads, air con recharge, brake fluid changes and on certain fixed items they are the cheapest. No difference in service after moving from Berkhamsted to Tring.

We've been using Roy Chapman for years for our car services and MOTs and have always been very happy with their efficient and friendly service. Good value too!
