Have purchased 2 cars through Specialist Cars Stevenage and have just taken delivery of my 3rd. Customer service in the branch is second to none and there is always someone readily available to help. I have always been kept informed every step of the way with each one of my Minis and if there has every been a problem (which is rare!) it has been dealt with quickly and professionally. Even moving over 100 miles away has not stopped me from maintaining my custom with this dealer. Fantastic.

I would love to share my positive feedback for specialist cars mini Stevenage especially Ian Taylor and all staff involved the customer service I have received has been above and beyond my expectations I had a issue with the car I bought 8 months ago and they organised a driver to collect my car from York and left me a loan car for the week and then delivered the car back to me with more fuel in the car than when they collected it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car from them.Top customer service 👍

I owned a 2009 Mini Cooper D brought new from this dealer. Although I couldn’t fault the car and the tlc service pack was good value for money, I found the customer service centre agonising to use. Told conflicting information about my car, trying to charge for a service that was part of my tlc and the promise of a phone call from the managing director that I didn’t receive. They need two weeks notice if you would like a loan car...... really?? I have now replaced the Mini for a Ford Focus that came from gates Stevenage. I await to see how good their customer service is?........ Further to your reply: The comments made were referring to the whole time I used your service centre, regardless of the fact I haven’t visited yourselves in over 12 months. That is the reason why I haven’t, and brought a focus from gates Stevenage, that so far have been great. Also brought a car from pound avenue Stevenage for a friend and they have been brilliant too!! Your staff promised me a call from the managing director regarding the air mass sensor I had fitted, that I never received. Doesn’t matter now .....

Appalling customer service and incompetent staff. This place has really gone down hill. Don't waste your time here.

Friendly, attentive and considerate staff. BMW also follows up with a call and sometimes email and get feedback after every visit.
