I won't go anywhere else, simple!
Always polite, friendly and up front with explaining any issues.
I have an old car which TJS Motors have kept running for me at a minimum cost with no bull$#!t. It runs great!

I have been using TJS for the last 5 years for my personal vehicles and work vehicles the firm is a quality reputable firm and they have always delivered excellent customer service and workmanship.
We live in a world where it is all too easy to rubbish a firms good reputation at the click of a mouse which is what I believe the post previous to mine has tried to achieve from a completely dishonest perspective.
If you want cheap substandard work this is not the garage for you, what you will find is a good old family run business which delivers competitive pricing and workmanship.

Always use Tjs motors great service there diagnostics and fault finding are second to none ,they have always given me a good competitive price before any work is carried out , all the staff are friendly and very professional.

TERRIBLE!!!! A bunch of liars, cheats and thieves. Claimed they spend 8 days rewiring my car to fix 2 electric windows and charged me 800; they never gave me a price in advance even when I kept asking, just kept telling me that the owner was dealing with it and he was not around to give me a price (so how did he spend 8 days working on my car if he was never there???). I stupidly paid (not knowing any better) and was informed later by someone in the trade that this is a common rip off and all I needed was new electric window motors. Avoid these crooks at all costs. They are not part of the Good Garage Scheme - look it up if you don't know what it is. Go to any other garage in Stevenage so you are not robbed blind (like I was) and save your money.
