The best customer service what I had so far ! Not just that it's was impeccable and lightning fast ! If I could give this garage ZERO stars out of five I would. My 66 plate A-class has only ever been serviced/ fixed through Stevenage Mercedes- unfortunately as they are a franchise you do not receive the Mercedes level of service you would expect. My car went in for a service and whilst in their care damage was done to the car without my knowledge. As the damage was under the bonnet of the car I was not aware of this until a fault occured a month ago. Upon reporting the issue they have since rejected any liability and failed in their duty of care to fix the damage they have caused. I will thus be escalating the issue to the ombudsman (very much tainted my view of the Mercedes brand).  If you use this garage make sure you thoroughly check your car before leaving the site as they will not accept liability if they have caused damage. My personal advice would be to avoid this garage like the plague and instead look for a Mercedes owned garage instead (e.g. Stratford).

Do not use the servicing department. 
Go anywhere but this place for your servicing.
You will be given the run around. 
Engine light came on after servicing also clanking sound.
They made me wait till Monday and spent all day without telling me why.plus kept telling me just coming out.
In the end It turns out they were trying to hide the fact that the Mechanic put too much or too little oil in there!!!!!???
Clanking sound stopped but no explanation given. 1 week later light comes in again.
Took to another dealer to fix.
Vehicle still in warranty.

Good experience here with service desk and reception staff. Car bought elsewhere but serviced here. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Good technical knowledge of product.
