Booked in car for MOT on line. Really easy to do. Choose a free date and time from their calendar. Pay in advance (normally half the standard MOT price). F1 are very efficient and a professional company. Most of my friends and family use them too. Highly recommended.

I went in store and ordered Pilot Supersort 4's. They didn't check the tires were correct when they arrived so I turned up first thing Saturday morning for the tire swap and had to wait three hours for them to complete while they got the right tires. Had to come back later the same day because tire pressures around the car were all wrong by a significant margin. Store manager gave me a cock and ball story about the gauge being faulty and needing replacing when in fact it's people not caring enough to check their work properly. You would think for the hassle they would have given me a free alignment or something but no, walked out with close to a £900 bill.

Staff there are very helpful and friendly, considering this was my first MOT and and second service on the car, they explained everything that went wrong with the car and what needed to be replaced and the advisory things very clearly and explained methods of payment clearly as well to make sure everything was understood. No problems whatsoever brilliant customer service, will use them again if the car has any problems.

If i could leave minus I would. My 19yr old daughter new driver went there was told they had 3 tyres available. The garage put 2 odd sizes on the front of her car and changed front tyre even thou she later was told by them she had a crack in alloy, suffice to say tyre went down immediately. Total cowboys. 1. It's illegal to have different size tyres. I would not recommend and will be reporting.

Excellent customer service. MOT went smoothly very efficient would definitely use the Stevenage centre again.
