This is a lovely shop. So helpful and have such a good range of quality products with the knowledge to guide you to the one that fits your needs best. Been a few time over the years and will keep returning again and again.
Highly recommended! Amazing knowledgeable staff who guided me in a non pressuring way. I said what I was looking for and I was recommended a range of instruments in and around my price range. I was then guided through the features of the ones I liked and another round of instruments were recommended including some curve balls that the staff thought I would like. I ended up going with one of the curve balls and bought a fantastic Camps guitar which they held on to until the next day so I could pick it up at the end of my trip to London.
I love this shop. A gem off Bond Street. Fantastic range of stock and quality guitars. I've always felt very welcomed whenever I've been in. The flamenco room downstairs is like stepping in to another world.
Bought an Alhambra here. Staff were super helpful. Helped us select a few candidates in our price range and told us about the construction and tone of each one. In the end they even gave us restaurant recommendations. A true experience!
I visited here for the first time on Sunday. I have to say that the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There was also no heavy push to commit I'd managed to do that part on the journey there. Range of guitars available is fantastic and I was hugely impressed that they had a great selection of classical guitars on hand to try. Would return again without hesitation.
Amazing staff excellent service. I bought my guitar from here a while ago and found some nodes not sounding correctly, bought my guitar back here and they immediately changed a new one for me. Simply amazing. The guitar is of very good quality as well so definitely recommended.
Fabulous shop with fantastic selection of guitars. Staff so friendly. I bought my first quality guitar from here and I love it. Went back yesterday to try out a new one. Was not pressurised just allowed to test what I wanted. Will definitely be back to purchase my next classical guitar.
Superb local shop. Smiling, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good selection of guitars which they let me try out in an unhurried atmosphere. When I had decided on what I wanted they adjusted the action on request and restrung it then and there. I left with a lovely sounding Spanish guitar which would retail @ £200, case and cappo for, all for under £150. No higher recommendation!
Our 6 y/o son is having guitar lessons. His tutor recommended a specific learning book which I ordered from London Guitar Studio. Service was quick and also must be noted cheaper than Amazon. Will definitely use again online and pop in when in London next
Really surprised by the positive reviews? Walked in and wasn't acknowledged by the woman behind the desk, then after waiting in the guitar section nobody came over so I went and asked about trying guitars and was told I could try them no offer of help or advice or anything came. The woman then just told me they were 'closing in 20 minutes so...' and then still nobody came over and when we left there was no acknowledgement or goodbye either. Strange vibe and really put me and the two people I was with off!
