At Space Health and Fitness we recognise the need to be flexible which is why we offer a variety of memberships. This enables you to access the gym at a time and price that is right for you.

No matter what your age or level of fitness our fully qualified staff will guide you through your exclusive complimentary gym induction. We can also design personal programmes to meet your fitness goals. When appropriate, we freely advise on members' fitness programmes including dietary changes.

Our fully air conditioned state of the art gym offers you the opportunity to get maximum results in minimum time.

Space Gym offers a variety of equiptment including;

• Cardiovascular and Aerobic stations

• Free weight stations
• Up to the minute weight machines
• Treadmills, rowers and cross-trainers with built in TV's
• Warm up and stretch area
