I came here with a friend for the day. We were charged 10 pounds for a day pass which is extortionate whereas other gyms charge between 4 and 6 pounds. The gym area was narrow and dark totally wrong layout and if 10 people were using it would be over crowded!!. The equipment is pretty poor and not at all suitable if you are into bodybuilding or powerlifting. It is kept clean and tidy on the plus side and it does have a good sized car park. Our problem was mainly that it is overpriced for what they offer. There are much better gyms around in our opinion.

Great gym with very knowledgable and approachable staff! Special mention to Dan and Conan who who always go over and above!

Fantastic gym, well equipped and friendly. Staff always happy to help if you're unsure of anything. The classes are excellent value for money and I'd recommend them to anyone no matter what their level of fitness as trained coaches will adapt if necessary.

Amazing gym!! My whole family have been members since they first opened and the staff have been extremely helpful over the years. Everything you need in a gym and more. Brilliant staff. Scott and Aiden are excellent personal trainers. Would recommend this gym to anyone!
