Under renovation so my rating maybe unfair. The reception staff didn't seem particularly welcoming. I really didn't like the changing facilities, I thought they were horrible however I have seen worse. Hopefully they will also be renovated. The dance studio I used seemed modern and new so that was nice.

Rubbish! Everything is closing 'to make things better' - staff are shocking, they didn't bother to tell me that my son had moved up a stage in swimming, I only found that he had completed the stage a month after they had 'stopped him coming to that class'... but not told me! His school was supposed to be paying for his lessons but instead of invoicing them (which they said they were doing and it was all fine) they just kicked him out... but didn't tell me! I tried to ask to be moved to the next stage, when they told me that they had no room in the class we wanted, but had put him into another class... later, when I came to check it was all ok for him to start that, there was no record of him, and they wanted me to pay ANOTHER months membership... I complained and asked to be phoned by the manager... I'm still waiting for that call.... 😡 Useless!!

The gym is great, only problem is, I came in asked to go to the gym, they said the gym was closed because the instructor was ill. I came home (annoyed) called them to complain, to find out that it was open all along and the reception told a LIE

I gave this facility five stars only because it is the maximum available. If I could have, I would have given more. The staff were so, so incredibly kind. I brought 72 of my 80 children with me (the other 8 were in beef with the 72 which is why they didn't come, in case you were wondering) anyhow, the 72 that came and I enjoyed it very much. Even though there were 73 three of us, the man on reception let us in on a family discount. The lifeguards were incredibly patient, considering that they had to rescue each child over 3 times. I cannot recommend this centre enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon to all the staff at Bath Leisure Centre!

Undergoing some extensive refurbishment to make it a very good modern gym. Too much CV equipment Vs free weights, but all gyms seems to keep making this mistake these days...do you even lift?!
