Location was on the sea front, we got situated in a small box room which we was told had a private bathroom, however The bathroom was down 2 flights of stairs and shared with The owners. The room itself was damp on the upper right corner with the wallpaper peeling away (I do have photos of this) . The window wouldn't open and THERE WAS NO KEY to open it. The bed itself was comfortable HOWEVER, it felt damp to sleep on and felt like the sheets was sticking to you all the time. Breakfast was good. Would not stay again. And wouldn't recommend.

We stayed one night here before a convention in the venue opposite. We were welcomed warmly by Mike and shown to a lovely room. The room was immaculate and bed comfy. There were tea and coffee making facilities with lovely China mugs. A selection of toiletries were also provided. Shower was powerful and extra towels were provided when I asked. They have the cutest poodle who we met when we expressed an interest to meet him but he wasn't obvious if you're not dog lovers. We had our own key and could come and go as we pleased. Full English Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and cereal, juice and toast plentiful. Thank you for our stay!

No heating in bedrooms overnight. It was freezing. Dirty towels in bathroom. Breakfast was average. Wouldn't recommend

Just home from spending 6 nights here. Barbara and Mike are lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. Although we had a shared bathroom this did not affect our visit at all. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Full English breakfast was spot on and set us up for the day perfectly. Mike and Barbara also gave us advice on places of interest to visit. Thank you both very much will definitely be visiting again.

Fantastic people who run the B & B and perfect location and you get a top breakfast . Box room at £55 was very very very small and me my wife had to keep moving around just so we could get dressed. We was happy but, really it was a single bedroom and should be around £35 a night! (That is me being honest)
