Lovely member of staff I just wish they would not use such disgusting torn towels even for pedicures.  Not a very comfy chair to soak your feet either.  Especially being charged for a luxury pedicure.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Been going for years. Hair and spa treatments by expert and friendly. Kelly the proprietor is happy to give advice on all the treatments they offer as are all the staff.

Went yesterday with a Groupon and was made to feel just the same as all the other customers, of which there were lots - always a good sign! Felt comfortable as soon as arrived, greeted with a warm welcome and stylist listened to me and made suggestions. Was very pleased with the result not to mention the coffee and toast :-

Absolutely fantastic Awesome brilliant and wonderful hairdressers.A  warm welcoming loving kind understanding and friendly environment. It will always be my hairdressers!!  I have been going to Goblin and Hall for over ten years and I think of all the people who work there as extended family I love them all they are the very very best!!

I have used the salon a few times including the spa and beauty treatments including nails as Russian lashes! I can't recommend the place enough! A warm and friendly atmosphere, with staff that listen to your needs and do all they can to make sure you leave the salon feeling satisfied! You even leave with a drink for your travels! Fab fab fab! X

First time at the salon, Amy cut and coloured my hair.  Cut and styled as I wanted, gorgeous colour.  Made to feel very welcome even though I was using a groupon voucher, already booked my next appointment and will be back.

I arrived a couple of minutes early for my appointment and was kept waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time.....my appointment finished at the original time it was supposed to so lost 15 mins of treatment time. I was not offered so much as a water never mind a coffee whilst kept waiting, despite the fact they push how hospitable they are. When told they were just waiting for a previous client to come out, I enquired how long that was going to be as I had other things to do that day, the woman doing my treatment was rather rude. I had a mini facial and back massage booked for a 1 hour groupon pamper session, no medical/allergy information was checked, the room I was in was tiny and the towels on the massage bed were damp and tbh I wasn't sure if it was damp or sweat from the previously mentioned client. The back neck and shoulder massage was lovely but the facial had a lot left to be desired.....the cleaning cloths they use to wipe the cleansing solution off your face were far too hot and burnt my face. The very same day I came out with a cold sore on my in an area on my lip which I would normally get one....I haven't had a cold sore in over 3 years!! Needless to say I will not be returning and suggest they review their treatment of customers using Groupon vouchers!

Lovely, friendly salon. Attend regularly for eyelashes with Lucy and would not hesitate to recommend.  I had roots, colour and a trim today and I'm absolutely delighted!

Giblin Hall is amazing!  Fun and friendly team, great salon, awesome treatments.  It's a real one stop shop - hair, nails, makeovers and fabulous spa treatments.  Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! X
