Rang this number tried to book a taxi in advance for doctor appointment but the lady on the phone is very aggressive. Only because I questioned when she said how much it costs. It costed us £7/8 before for the same distance so I just wanted make sure if she got the right place or their price gone up. But she was very aggressive said we never did £7 before etc. it was only a question she made me feel I was offending her. Ridiculous. I rang it before & the guy on the phone was much better.
Easy to book, very polite and driver arrived well within expected time. Friendly driver. Highly recommended established company.
Pick up on time from the race course. Driver used a car which had 6 seats... 2 in the boot. OK for small children but not for the 6 oaps who had to climb in the back and onto seats which are on the floor. Journey back to station extremely uncomfortable and more expensive than the out ward journey. Driver unsociable and rushed..... Even slammed the folding seat down onto the rear passengers foot.

Great service. I was relying on Spa Tax regularly for a few years and now occasionally. They are always reliable, and recommended. A decent bunch and reasonable on price too. Always my first choice
Kudos to the entire team at Spa Taxi! My family and I used this taxi service for 10 days while visiting Cheltenham for a funeral. Whenever we called, morning or night, the drivers were always on time and very polite. They even picked us up in Gloucester, when the train into Cheltenham Spa was cancelled, and dropped us off in Tewkesbury, when another taxi service declined our ride. 5 out of 5 stars for a job well done!
Quoted £19 on their app for a journey. Opted to pay via cash as card service was not working. During the journey the price went up to £25. Happened twice on the same night. Had I managed to be able to pay by card they would not have been able to rip me off. Complained but no response. Also driver was uncomfortably fast.Service: Limousines
I used this service every evening during the Cheltenham Festival into town & back to my hotel for a group of between 4 & 8 of us. Very reliable & friendly drivers. A very pressurised week for them but the drivers and the telephone operator were unfailingly polite & helpful. They also didn’t inflate their charges for the week which was refreshing. Thanks guys. Tried ordering a taxi this morning and the app was not letting me pay by card, so I chose to pay cash. I was quoted £18 but as soon as it went through the price went up to £20. I was worried about what the price would be by the time I got there, as I don’t have much cash on me. I wouldn’t use this company again as I cannot trust that they will charge what they advertise.
Came when requested, polite and got me home from the hospital. No ambulances were available!
