If I could give them no stars that would be too much. A car was ordered a car to take me and my friends to the airport 2 weeks in advance. I confirmed it the day before leaving. 4 am the next morning it did not arrive. I had to drive myself to the airport and leave the car in a VERY EXPENSIVE carpark. I wish I had read reviews first about this company first. I am sure they will condemn my review as fiction. Jim in the Office, will most likely based on the last negative comments about their firm, list rubbish in defence. But I ask you is this unreliable excuse for a airport shuttle service going to pay for the difference? Would you use this company? and No.... they didn't pay!!! Looking on their website they have 65... 5 star reviews. Yep they all 5 stars. I left my review on their site and I do not think it will get posted somehow To quote "the Donold"...... " Fake Reviews"..... Beware
A non show! I ordered a taxi for 4am for 4 of us; however, although confirmed by text the day before, no taxi appeared and we were forced to drive to Heathrow from Cheltenham although we had had no sleep that night. Smooth talking Jim, when I managed to contact him later, told me to enjoy my holiday and we would sort it out on my return. His idea of sorting it out was not to compensate me the £225.10 spent on parking and petrol and to tell me it was my fault for driving without sleep as I could have either rung him I thought his tel no was an office one and didn't realise he operates from his home or, and this is a good one, start calling other 24 hr taxi services. Not top of my agenda to start searching for a possible substitute whilst standing outside waiting for the non-existing airport car and time ticking away fast. He did offer me another taxi when I next go to an airport but frankly, after his rudeness, I don't feel like being driven by him, or any of his drivers, especially Naz who failed to wake up in time to drive us all. A very bad start to our holiday.
Beware! Taxi didn`t show up! We ordered in advance an airport taxi to take us very early in the morning from Cheltenham to Heathrow, to catch a flight to LEGOLAND. We had a text the day before confirming that the driver would be there to collect us and giving us a phone number to call if necessary. However, the taxi did not arrive, and there was no answer from the number. We were in a state of panic, as it was 4.00am and no one else was around to contact. We managed to get there, but it was very stressful, cost a lot in last minute parking, and spoilt our holiday. When we told the owner of Clearway he couldn't have cared less, he was offhand and said that the driver was probably asleep and had his phone switched off! No compensation whatsoever was offered.
I've used Clearway cars for the last 2 years, on a regular basis, using most airports at virtually every time of day from 03.00 to 00.00 for business. Absolutely faultless, Excellent service, always on time, and I highly recommended. Outstanding customer service.
Excellent service thank you jim for getting us to the airport and providing us with car seats that usually I know you don't provide were on time and very friendly will defiently be using your company again next year
