It's an absolute disgrace that the government employ such rude and vulgar people that have authority to make decisions based on nothing. I personally was made to feel bad with the insinuation of being a criminal and was thrown out and banned for no reasons. This incident also left me feeling that life wasn't worth living to the point of suicide. My experience with a management has left me traumatised and extremely ill. No leg to stand on with regards to civil matters. Are these people really that heartless with black eyes to pretend to help with one hand and destroy lives in the other. Horrible experience and still fighting my corner to protect my human rights to understand the loose term they use 'behaviour' without definition, or explanation for reasons why. I could write another 10000 words with this review although it would get too personal. Beware people of the 'witch'. No name. U don't need a name. You'll spot her from a distance even if you're blind. This shows that you don't have to be a nice person to be in a dead-end high position.
Always friendly staff at the entrance ready to greet clients. It's always looking very clean & tidy. Staff are very professional and efficient

Came to this jobcentre was made very welcoming as Shaw trust had an open day on 17th June 2022 Journey was quite long as travelled from Clacton on Sea
There was a delay getting an initial appointment as they are so busy and it was initially scheduled for four weeks after my application, but they then called and managed to squeeze me in just a week later. As soon as you walk in there are people waiting to greet you and tell you where to go. My coach is a wonderful lady called Sarah who has been extremely helpful, friendly and not at all judgmental. Sarah has happily answered all questions I've had and has been on the ball chasing up payments. Additional help with CV's and finding jobs is offered for those who need it, but is not forced on those who are comfortable to job hunt themselves as long as you can prove that you're actively applying. They are also understanding about circumstances and do not force you to accept any old job. All in all, I cant fault my experience and I'm grateful that a service like this is available and dealt with by such friendly people.
It is now illegal to enter this building. Keep left at the front door and immediately inside it's keep Right which means you cannot go into this building because you cannot obey the original sign.

strangely they seem to not want their customers to find a job and constantly put obstacles in their way.
