My husband was unwell on arriving at Gatwick after a holiday in Egypt. The paramedics who attended were brilliant - kind, reassuring and very efficient. They also helped me with all our luggage on transferring my husband to East Surrey hospital. Would love to thank them personally now I'm not in panic mode!
My wife was very poorly with poor breathing and anxiety. The Ambulance paramedics were fantastic reassuring her and getting her to hospital very quickly. I can't thank them enough. Absolutely fantastic service.
I had a very large cut on my calf from the car door. Bognor Hospital dressed it for me ,but it had been bleeding a lot overnight and as I'm on blood thinners we called a ambulance which arrived quickly. The crew were fantastic and redressed it and took me to St Richards A&E. Thank you very much .
I suffered an Angina attack in the Ye Old Six Bells Inn Horley yesterday evening. The Emergency Ambulance arrived fast a code Red responce. The three Man crew including a young Student George support of me was exemplary. They interacted well with my Outreach Carer from Bluebird Care Sussex Weald who had escorted me to St. Lukes Radiotherapy Department for Linear Beam Radiotherapy for Prostate Cancer stage 2 final session on Friday 3rd November.
Jess and Pam came to my Mum’s rescue when she fell and broke her hip on Saturday 29th March. They were amazing! Kind whilst asking her questions when she was in so much pain and trying to make her comfortable whilst giving her pain relief. We ended up with another crew Matt and colleague- sorry I didn’t catch her name who explained what they were trying to do to help get Mum downstairs comfortably. I was so impressed by their communication, compassion and understanding about the situation. I just wanted to publicly thank them for the wonderful job they all did on this occasion and I am sure they are like this with everyone.
