I called P&H for a warranty inquiry, and I was thoroughly impressed with their efficiency. Within two hours, my bike was collected by Ian, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bike was worked on and returned to me within two days of being collected. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. An all-around great service from P&H—highly recommended!
Excellent service and no rush when making a big decision to trade in against my new bike. Staff are friendly and go out their way to make your visit enjoyable. Now on my third bike from P&H in Crawley.
Visited today and looks like about 30% of the stock is simply missing from the floor and staff were engaged with stock counting. I had no assistance at the desk, so I left without getting the rain gear I wanted . Really weird experience when normally so good
Have had P&H service my bikes for years and recently purchased a new bike from them. Had it in my head that an NX600 would be perfect for my commute so arranged a test ride. Discussed my needs with Gary and he suggested I also try the 500 Hornet too. Liked the NX, but the Hornet suited me much better. Agreed a PX for my Vstrom and the extras I wanted and picked up my new bike a week later. Love it, thanks Gary and P&H
Always great service at P&H, the staff are always friendly, really helpful and very knowledgeable. The store is always well stocked with a great variety of helmets, motorcycle gear and parts, the prices are very competitive as well. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.
