If I could give a zero star I would. I have been in this surgery for the past 7-8 years and and it has always been impossible to get an appointment. The recepcionists are rude, inconsiderate considering you're calling for an illness or health problem, not looking to help at all.nCalled in for an ongoing chest infection last week and offered me a telephone appointment for the 10th of July.nFor a service like this I might as well just pray because the outcome would be the same. It always feels like we are begging for an appointment or to be treated when it is a public service that we pay with our taxes and is one of the most basic services we can get. Healthcare. If this is not a priority for you, you're just on the wrong industry.
Rang the line at 5.20 in regards to a medication that was missing from my repeat prescription. They called back 10 minutes later having approved it.nnAll my other experiences with the doctors there have been good or excellent, but this guy was the Usain Bolt of prescription fixing.nnTop lad, nice place.
Rubbish service. All staff are Rude to patients specially receptionists. Had to wait for 30 minutes and they said they don’t care . Not expected for GP surgery.nNot surprised they have 2.4 out of 5 because of bad service. Management should look it seriously. They ain’t working free by the way
Alot of the reception are rude . The doctor i see smurks at me when im telling her whats going on in my life . Not helped me at all . Thinking of changing because i can't stand going there now makes my anxiety go through the roof
Shocking service from all concerned! I think it’s the rude and arrogant receptionists who call the shots. Wouldn’t visit my terminally ill dad who lives virtually next door, hang your heads in shame you all disgust me. Been registered there for over 40 years and yesterday was spoken to so rudely by the receptionist I hung up. If you want to play at being god, cross the road and go to the church
