I have been trying to contact the relevant person without joy. The calls are handled very poorly. One of your Nestle sweet reps has damaged my security bollard. I'm trying to contact someone to rectify this. Still no contact from Nestle. Rep advises me that the manager does not want to give me the directors email address. We no longer stock nestle products whatsoever. We have 3 witnesses that saw the damage take place and we have also retrieved cctv evidence.
S.Pellegrino Essenza Dark Morello Cherry & Pomegranate... what a waste of money especially as I bought the 4 pack! I chose these flavours as I love cherries but it was so disappointing as it was so weak. I resent even putting one I called customer service to express my disappointment and the operator said she enjoys it, she might as well have said it's my problem! I asked about recompense but she replied by saying that's how it should taste and to donate the other three cans to a local food bank just because it wasn't to my taste! Hey ho! Lesson learnt! ‍
