Want really good vegan food, come to the source. Very enjoyable meal in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

The service was second to none. And the food was fabulous. Considering the whole covid situation tables well spaced out. I will definitely be eating there again. Kind regards.

Amazing -highly recommend! We came quicky through York on our road trip and found this amazing little restaurant! Exactly what we were looking for, suited all dietary requirements we had in our group and all meal sizes large and absolutely delicious. Service was prompt and we can't fault anything at all. :

Very cosy restaurant and great food! I've visited Source 3 times now and the food is always excellent! Good choices for vegans too.

Wonderfully designed menu and wonderful staff. Amazing for vegans! A restaurant that caters for all diets, even those of children.  Source is a firm favourite for eating out or ordering in on Deliveroo. My photos don't do the food justice at all.

Absolutely astonishing - well put together menu with high attention to detail and great quality ingredients. Didn't put a foot wrong. Will definitely be back!

Great vegan choices and meat dishes If you want them. Good atmosphere and friendly staff

Food was fresh and portions sizes were quite generous, I'm not a vegan myself however the vegan food was excellent and I'd reccomend to anyone. Also, the staff were all friendly and helpful.
