Visited on Saturday the 14th of January and I still believe that the unfriendly guy serving at the till, charged me the wrong amount for a hamburger. I believe he charged me for a whole kids meal giving me only the hamburger. I attached my receipt for the manager to confirm this to me. Price of a single hamburger is normally 99p. Regardless of the charges the guy that served me clearly does not like his job as he was not friendly or helpful at all when I was ordering. I can not recommend this particular shop, it's sad because their products are better than McDonald's in my opinion. This particular shop could do better with the right people working.
Probably the worst value for money I've spent. The fast food was too fast. Was my burger sat there waiting to be bought as it was colder than the platform I had to sit on whilst yet another train service gets cancelled. The 2 stars are for the hot fresh fries which I put in my gloves and socks to warm me up as 14 fries is hardly a meal is it.
Ordered a meal on route to travelling to Liverpool today, service was great and the staff were really pleasant and chatty. Food was divine and cooked to perfection as always! Would definitely recommend this Burger king and it definitely beats the microwaved foods from the cafes in the station by far!! Vegetarian options: Chilli cheese bites are amazing!
Certainly not the best Burger King I’ve visited. The menu isn’t exactly visible, you have to wait till your at the till waiting to be served. It makes it difficult as they don’t serve the full menu and only ends up holding other customers being served. When I visited the soft drinks machine wasn’t working. However I had to explain to the server why I wanted a burger and then chips separately, as of course, I’m not going to pay for a drink I can’t have.
Great service, all very friendly and helpful. Food was ready really fast and it was just as expected in burger king. I'd work a way to let customers check the menu easier; screens are deep inside and you end up over the counter to see them. Thanks!Food: 4/5
Not awful but not good even by Burger King standards. Patty overdone, chips over salted, pretty slow. Extortionate pricing, jeez.
The food was fresh and delicious. The service was quick so I managed to catch my train on time!! It's a small unit but has lot of options available, Definitely would recommend if you are hungry! :
Absolutely abysmal customer service from the server Jake. Spoke to myself and my partner like rubbish when serving us. He didn’t even crack a smile once while serving. I have been served by the server Jake before and he was the same on that occasion. Customer service training is clearly needed!Food: 1/5
Not great sadly, waited in line there was one person in front of me and no queue of people waiting for food when I arrived for 20 minutes and still wasn't served. Staff obviously weren't interested and I had to leave it to catch a train so I can't really say anything about the food since I never managed to get any! No idea what was going on but there were quite a few people behind me by the time I left and everyone seemed fairly frustrated - staff and customers.
Filthy, doesn’t matter how busy you are there was enough staff to send one out to restaurant. Staff ignorant and management lacking. I’d rather wait one more minute for food to be able to eat at a clean table, I was ignored 3 times when I asked for something to wipe the table with. Heavily prioritised the drive thru over families that had been sat in restaurant waiting longer. Why have a counter if no staff are going to tend to it, waited in no queue for 15mins for order to be taken, I have a disability which prevents me from using machines.
