Lovely place, amazing food, healthy and tasty! Courteous staff! Could do with a bit of refreshing of the paint but I guess is part of the experience
Such amazing food, the staff were lovely and friendly - everything was so good. Especially loved that the staff let us know the toilets were upstairs before we ordered, as my Mum has some additional accessibility needs due to her arthritis; it meant we could make an educated choice about the best place for us.
Thanking you Lovely meal, served by a lovely young man Robbie, working very hard making sure everyone was enjoying their experience at lucky days. Team looked very efficient. Smiles all round thank you. Will return.
Variety of salad to choose. Brilliant staff. Food quality is average. Recommend panini since it is crispy and warm.
The hot chocolate and latte we had were fine, but the customer service just wasn’t great, we didn’t feel particularly welcomed by the staff and we felt quite ignored by the staff too. By the time the cake came we had nearly finished our drinks, and it didn’t feel like a place you could sit and enjoy your drinks either.
Really good food here, healthy lunch with lots of choice if vegetarian or not. Houmous open sandwich with roasted courgettes and aubergine with a choice of three different salads. Delicious. Will call again when in York. Doggy friendly too.
