Clive gives great customer service.  He is extremely patient and gives great advice.  This is my first purchase from Sound Cinergy but it will not be my last.  Support your local HiFi retailer.   When you find one as good as Sound Cinergy they are rare and are worthy of our support.

Thanks clive you got my Linn LP12 sorted and a new Ortofon cartridge, although there were closer dealers than Sound Cinergy clive made a lot of sense with his advice he gave and the quality of the service provided, so yes it was worth the distance travelled, cheers mate.
