Got fries here. They were not fresh, very oily maybe double friedand cost 5£. Though the Service was very nice and you could’ve probably asked for help if there was a problem.
Delicious authentic curries! Not greasy, family run place. Loved it! Got the curry box
Food was great! Big portion but didn’t feel heavy on my stomach which is good. Very flavourful and just tasty! Amazing service as well :
I am indian and i love authentic Indian food… Sonitas ticks every box, flavourful, non greasy, cooked with only the best ingredients… this is my home from home… def come and try it! Thank you Sonita and team!!!
ABSOLUTE AMAZING FOOD! 100% recommended for vegans and meat eaters! All natural seasoning and flavour and the owner is gem! I love Sonitas food to the moon and back! Will be back very soon for a brunch and catch up
What a gem of a food stall in Camden Market. There are a lot of Asian same-same-but-not-different salty Chinese food stalls posing as Thai food etc. Not authentic. Sonita's Kitchen really nails it in terms of Indian flavours, quality and authenticity. Sonita's recipes are filled with glorious real spices, full cardamons and cloves as well as mouthwatering relishes to pack on generously. I often try the free tasters around Camden Market and am usually disappointed that the flavour is usually MSG and optional more MSG. Staff have always been enthusiastic and even offer me a quid off as a regular. For me it's a complete nutritious meal for the entire day as well as I love meandering around the location.
It's not the first time nor will it be the last time I eat this delicious curry! It's an absolute must for all. Sooo good, full of flavour it's not greasy, no scrimping on ingredients if your a meat lover!! What's also great is you can get veggie and vegan options too. Follow @sonitaskitchen and look out for 'Fresh Food for Fridge' coming to you soon. Do it you wont regret it!!
I had the chicken curry and chickpea curry, and both were good. The food was quite flavorful, but not as spicy as I was hoping. There was also quite a wait because they had just put the curry I wanted on the stove, so heating up took a while. The two women working there provided good conversation though!
