So happy with my Storagebase unit! Got 10 weeks free when I paid for 10 weeks storage. The facilities are fabulous: lots of useful trolleys, great, huge lifts and helpful, friendly staff - Naomi is a gem 🤩

We were having building work done at home, so needed to store some furniture. The staff helped us work out what size storage we would need, and the best way to stack things, and how to make best use of the various offers they had available to keep the price down. The storage unit is clean, accessible and secure. We were very impressed by the whole process.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy procedure and the premises are spotlessly clean and well organised. Would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Moved from a larger storage unit and they did not charge the price on the Internet and added 20% more by booking direct at the office.. I complained and they said it was reduced in price just after I booked!!!! I asked if the would give the better price but the refused unless I moved to another unit the same size!!! Considering we spending almost £2000 in storage I think it was unfair.

Very impressed from first walking in the door, being shown different options/pricing to then going on to booking a storage room. Very helpful, well explained and easy to pay for a storage room and start using the same day. Has been very easy to access and store items. Would defiantly recommend.
