On Tuesday 25th Nov had a nasty fall & was taken to the A&E dept. I was given such care and attention, particularly from nurse Anna just when I needed that compassion. I was still in a bit of shock so didn't get to say just how grateful I was for her wonderful treatment of me. She embodies the very finest of our NHS nurses. Thank you Anna.
I attended the dermatology department 21/11/25nReceptionists excellent, treatment was MOHS surgerynDr Eke and team, Abbey and another person whose name I can't remember,sorrynAbsolutely wonderful treatment, lovely people.nHad to go back with a little bleeding today, Monday 24/11/25. Abbey happened to see me walking through the hospital and took me to a side room and attended to the problem .nWonderful treatmentnThank you so very muchnKamal
Both my husband and I have attended Solihull outpatient departments. The parking with a blue badge is free if you take your badge and ticket to the office in the car park. There are disabled spaces also before you reach the car park. Very good facilities and friendly staff and volunteers. The hospital is small with excellent treatment; coffee shop on site is perfect. Happy to give five stars.
My Review reflects to the appalling attitude of one of the staff ie Jane on ward 20B When myself and both family and friends have enquired about my mother's care, she has been extremely rude and very unprofessional in not allowing us any information regarding our mother along with banging the phone down every time. Apparently all this is a result of lies and misinformation given to the staff by a next of kin. Maybe Jane or other staff should spend more time making enquiries into the false allegations and look into the safeguarding issues more closely. We are extremely concerned that the family are being ignored and not listened too when it comes to safeguarding a patient at the hands of a controlling person. There is apparently only one person suffering as a result of misinformation given to staff and that is our mother who is being isolated from her family. Please listen to other family members not just one...
Just excellence in all areas. Friendly, cheerful, organised, professional. I was looked after so, so well. Those who are intent on voting for political parties that seem happy to harm the NHS really must be very careful what they wish for. Thank you to everyone who helped me do much at the Hospital. You do fantastic work, day in day out.
