Excellent standard of care at Spire Hospital yesterday. The medical team was superb from start to finish. Thank you to my surgeon, Dr. Amit Patel, and my anaesthetist, Dr. Ebrahim, for a smooth procedure. My main nurse, Rosheen, was also brilliant and provided great attentive care during my recovery
I would like to thank Olivia and Becky for their professionalism and excellent care throughout my scan. The radiographers were courteous, attentive, and highly reassuring, taking the time to explain the procedure clearly and ensure I was comfortable at every stage. Their calm and compassionate approach made the experience much easier, and I am very grateful for the high standard of care provided, they are a credit to Spire Parkway.
I couldn't find the patient feedback form so thought to do it on here!nnI had one of my pre op assessments today and had the absolute pleasure of being seen by Kerry Hughes - she is an absolute gem.nnI felt so at ease and comfortable with her, she is honestly the best nurse I've had, I can't reccomend or compliment her enough!
Amazing experience overall.nI had a wrist arthroscopy on 18th June 2025. It was my first time visiting here, I also drove to the wrong hospital in the morning of my surgery and the nurses never made it an issue at all. The staff were incredible and the facilities were so clean and private. My room that my partner worked in during my surgery was incredible. Private bathroom and it was so quiet. Both of my private nurses I had were incredible, Nurse ‘Roschin’ maybe spelt wrong’ and Nurse Helen. Also, the hospitality staff were so sweet, making drinks for my partner too. Dr Shyamalan has been incredible from my first consultation. And further now my physio Jane is also very knowledgeable. I am someone who was nervous of being put to sleep, the Anaesthesiologist team were very sweet. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
A big shout out to nurse Kirsty who looked after me on Thurs, 8th Dec whilst preparing me for my op with Mr Karandikar. She was very caring, supportive and had a great sense of humour. She's a credit to Spires Parkway and I wish her well in her career, she's the perfect example of what a good nurse should be.
