An excellent experience and service at Soleil - one very happy customer and will definitely return. They dry cleaned and ironed/steamed a two-piece wedding outfit, and cleaned and hand-pressed a white shirt with a speedy turnaround time, and I’m delighted with the results I had previously had a very poor experience at another Isle of Dogs dry cleaner. All the clothes are handled on-site so you can speak directly to the staff about any concerns or stains etc. They’re not shipped off somewhere else, shoved through a boiler and then machine-pressed leaving them in a terrible state. The Soleil team were friendly, knowledgable, attentive and listened to my concerns. They also do mending and tailoring on-site too, with quick turnaround time.

Friendly owner who truly cares for his clients and the service they receive. I brought in a coat with unknown stains on the elbow. Taylun went above and beyond to return it in pristine condition ! I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable dry cleaning service ! They’ve only barely increased their prices compared to everyone else. Sometimes turnaround time can seem long given all the customers they have, but if you have an a specific timeline to meet, let them know and they’ll make it work for you ! Overall I am extremely pleased with the service here !
Perfect and simple experience. I had to shorten a few trousers and it was quick and cheap, next day service
To iron 10 shirts it took them 4days & when I went to collect them they didn’t have it ready, let me add they picked the date & time. They asked me to come back & collect them. It was ready when I went the second time. When I unpacked the shirt I realised they had crushed the buttons on one of my shirt.
My husband and I have been using this dry cleaners/laundry for years; I can’t believe I have not provided a review. This establishment is just the best on the island. The staff are very friendly, their service is impeccable. Left there many delicate clothes for dry cleaning and laundry multiple times. Everything was perfect. I cannot fault the service. That’s all really. Apologies for not giving you feedback sooner but you absolutely deserve five stars! Services: Laundry wash & fold
On the website it says its open on Saturday until 4pm but when I went before 4pm it was shut....had to pick up an important blazer for my nephew....they could've put a notice up to say they're ill or something.....also when I tried to call them in the weekend no one picked up....they need to have call diversion to their mobile
Got a suit jacket dry cleaned. Cost £8. Job was done well, no complaints. Good service, quick turnaround time.
We have been regular customers here for over 2 years and I normally don't take the time to review anything, but I am simply shocked at seeing how anyone could give anything but 5 stars to this place. My husband takes here every shirt he wears and he wears shirts to work 95% of the times. The owner is the most kind and hardworking person. He will do anything to deliver. Last minute jobs, home pickups, they go above and beyond and at a fair price. We have nothing but the best to say about this place and wouldn't ever go anywhere else.
Always get great service from Soleil. They do alterations, have a great dry cleaning service and even pickup and deliver. Can't recommend them enough
