Came to the dry cleaners for a very last minute same day service and the team were amazing. Dropped off at 8:30 and my dress was ready and waiting for me when I returned at 4pm as promised. Amazing service. Thank you
DO NOT GO HERE - SCAM and will DESTROY YOUR CLOTHES. outrageous business and they will destroy your nice clothes. I’ve been going to this place due to proximity and always had bad experience. Today I said enough. The old man keeps arguing with customers, one time it was about a linen suits wanting to charge me where the suit was the exact same colour and kept saying it’s slightly different it wasn’t and I was fooled by the company Hawes & Curtis and they tricked me etc… who the hell talks like that to clients? They also absolutely destroyed the buttons of a handmade shirt from Italy where he claimed that it was cheap once again complete denial no responsibility and it’s not their fault if buttons break and then he asked me to pay for repair and he didn’t care. So they destroy your nice clothes and then ask you to pay for repair if this isn’t a SCAM then what is it? I dry clean 7 shirts a week and never had such poor experience, do yourself a favour stay away from them they don’t deserve this and they will treat you with rudeness and will scam you whenever they can.
Great quality service. Had a moncler jacket with paint on both sleeves and they managed to remove it with no issues whatsoever. They have dry cleaned numerous amounts of clothing for me and I’m very happy with them. Thanks to Hussain once again!
I called them up at 10am and asked them about same day dry cleaning of my tuxedo that i needed to wear on the same night. He was very kind on the phone and said that he would help me this one time. I was exceptionally pleased with the service, quality of clean took stains out of my trousers and price £20. Would definitely use again!!
Go here for tailoring!!! They are fantastic. I had two pairs of denim shorts each taken in by 4 inches which can be a difficult thing to do well but they did a wonderful job and even made the seams match perfectly. Excellent service and great value for money, I couldn’t recommend these guys more.
Exceptional service from this reliable and quick dry cleaner, who cleaned a dress I wore to a wedding that had numerous stains in it. I thought the cleaning was going to be a lost cause tbh! On first clean, there were still stains, but with a heavy cleaning which they did for free, it came out pristine and they saved my beautiful dress! Thank you
0/10 likelihood to recommend. If buttons break in cleaning they should be fixed… free of charge. What you shouldn’t do it is tell the customer it’s the quality of their shirts… By the way- they are Reiss and Charles Tyrwhitt shirts. I thought those brands were known for quality? Anyway, personally not going back here ever again.
Best dry cleaners around. Spilt wine on my shirt and they delivered it like I bought the shirt brand new.
Love this place for both dry cleaning and alterations, including hand stitching, nothing is a problem and I feel confident they take care of my clothes. Can’t fault them and so happy I got recommended since I’ve had terrible experience with other dry cleaners in this area. Service is always great… sometimes have to line up but understandable as this place is the best in the area so popular.
Very professional and friendly. Needed a dress to be tailored on the same day, and they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Only minor downside is they only took cash. But hey, I’ll be going back to them knowing my clothes are going to be safe in their hands :D
