This place charges car dealership price rates. they have $6.00 pants Hemmings advertised out front to get u in then hammer u on tailoring & didn't press my sports jacket & no bag. Place sucks
HORRIBLE dry cleaning. Ruined my coat, all feathers and insulation material is at the bottom of the coat which you can see in the picture. And the tailor said “it’s normal”…. The point of dry cleaning is to avoid this from happening !!! And the other was given to me dirty!!!! These pictures were taken at the store. I paid 90 DOLLARS !!!!!! You lose clients when you break trust with them.
Been going there for years. New owners are running it down. Horrible white lines through the seams of my jacket that was given for dry-clean. I gave few jackets for cleaning, when picking up, the lady there refused to give me back my most expensive piece saying it never existed. I had to show my receipt to make her go back and check. Was so close to robbing my jacket as well.
Asked for a Uro-hem on the blue pair but they gave me a regular hem. The guy was like “it’s just $7” but im just upset they messed up my $180 pants and refused to give me even a partial refund. Seems like they have no sense of organization or customer service. Dont go here.
The price is good and the service is friendly. However, the quality of work is average. I sew a bit myself but just don't have the time to repair/alter. I noticed some little details. For example, they don't match the color of thread to the color of your clothing. It's sewn on the inside but on light clothing sometimes the darker thread shows through. Also, I went to repair a hole in one of the seams. At the time of the pick up, I only checked the repaired area and not other parts of the garment. When I got home I noticed that they must have damaged the button and tried to fix it. I noticed later because the button is now attached in the inside instead of outside. I could also see the stitching where they tried to fix it. They did not mention this to me when I picked up. That being said, my pants were hemmed nicely with the stitching being invisible. This place is good for simple repairs like hemming on inexpensive clothing but I would not bring more delicate/expensive clothing or more complex repairs.
I love this place. The owner and staff very nice and courteous. Their work is nice, fairly priced and on time delivery. All the best
I considered not writing this review because the owner seems like a nice man. The bottom line is that the work itself was extremely sub-par and shoddy. The hole that was repaired has reopened within one day. It was either rushed, or the tailor didn’t know how to mend it correctly. I could not recommend bringing repairs to this business. There’s much better tailors in the area that actually take pride in their work. I can see that quite a few others have left negative reviews. I feel validated and will not be bringing my repairs here again. It was a waste of my time and money.
Excellent customer service. My dress alteration was a bit loose so they graciously agreed to do a minor readjustment for free. Quick and affordable service. Will go back there any day for tailoring service.
Got my pants hemmed here. They did a good job, and it's cheap..$6.99
I had a pant to open the back $16.00 +tax is way too expensive.
