If there was a possibility to give 0 I would, went yesterday in the dry cleaner because I had a stain on my denim jacket that was hard to remove, the man at the counter told me that it was impossible to take the stain off and probably was better to throw my jacket away. I washed myself my jacket and...well, the stain went off easily, can't believe that I was almost throwing away a new jacket because of the unprofessional suggestion made by this business.
I paid £23 for my two piece suit to be dry cleaned and my shirt to be steamed. The shirt was done fine but my suit, I put it on after picking it up and it looks just as dirty as it was before - as if they had not even cleaned it?! It doesn’t feel or smell clean. Unfortunately I’ve been too busy today to go back but very disappointed and will not be going back.
Really friendly and professional staff and my go to Dry Cleaners for delicate items. Highly recommend. Although not the cheapest option, I trust them to do a great job every time. Their attention to detail, along with excellent customer service, makes them worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable dry cleaning services.
Had used the Canary Wharf branch almost every week for close to 2 years. There was an issue with 1 shirt where there there was significant fading. Very disappointed they shirked all responsibility and refused any compensation blaming it on perfume or aftershave being on the material no prior warning given for this and given most people wear perfume this means their service is pretty useless if they can’t prevent fading. Very disappointing especially given length of time I’ve been using the store. Will not be returning.
Best dry cleaners I've ever been to. Got my suit tailored from here before because ralph said they couldn't do it. Every time I where I remember the tailoring I got from here. I avoid all tailors except this one. Brilliant place for tailoring.
Kind, courteous, friendly, and professional, City of London Dry Cleaners always meet my requests. Any issues with their craft and they're quick to rectify the problem. Thank you very much for providing such an excellent service.
The old man sounds like he’s from Essex who works here and has been - on two occasions - so rude. He always defends his rude manners with something each time about being in the job 40 years if you ask a q / request - which they don’t have any interest in helping customers with. Well maybe he needs to bring his customer service skills into 2024 - it’s not 1984 anymore. Awful customer service. Do not recommend this place unless you want your head bitten off as a customer.
Brian and the team at Canary Wharf are fantastic! Always delivering great service and getting the job done. No job is too big or small, this team will help you out. I would definitely recommend them.
The store completely damaged my clothes without so much as an apology and looking for any excuse to shift the blameThe clerk was so bad, he didn't even admit they did it My dark blue suede jacket was ruined and never to be worn again. The collar of the first picture is the way it was originally, but now it is black and very hard. I didn't even get an apology. They didn't want to compensate me
I've been using this services for a couple of months now. I have to say their customer service is absolutely fantastic. All their staff are very helpful if you have any issues, they tend to resolve it immediately. The service provided is very reliable. I would recommend this to everyone.
