First visit today for the medical pedicure and it exceeded all my expectations. My podiatrist Carol was thorough, gentle and very knowledgeable. She spent ages gently and thoroughly working on my long standing problem with a very thick ingrowing toenail. I cannot believe how (almost) pain free it was, something I have never experienced before. My feet and nails look and feel amazing. I will be back for regular treatments.

Feeling underwhelmed. I don't suffer with any foot problems except for very dry, cracked heels which I normally keep at bay myself with the Margaret Dabbs foot file (highly recommend), but I wanted to get a professional finish. I was expecting the same results as I got from a previous podiatrist experience elsewhere (which was baby soft feet), but really I got the same results as I get myself at home. I had a damaged toe nail that had nearby grown out and wasn't causing me any problems. I said not to worry about that and to focus on my heels but instead the lady focused on that toe nail and kept sanding it down. After I put my shoes on and left I could feel it chafing inside my shoe and now it's tender so I think she'd sanded it down far too much. Frustrating when I told her not to worry about it. As for my heels, they got filed with the foot file (I had been expecting the works, razor blades, etc), and as I said were no better that what I could do at home. In fact possibly worse as I still have dry skin (wish I could attach photos!). The medi pedicure is supposed to be 45 mins, mine came in at about 37 mins, and I assumed she would massage my feet for the extra time but she didn't. I would love to be able to write a glowing review as I had been expecting big things, but having left with a tender toe nail when I didn't have one when I walked in, and I've still got dry skin, I just can't. I will say the lady was very nice, and I had nice shiny toe nails at the end, but overall the experience was not worth the money.
