The facilities weren't great, the pool was out of use, but the hot stone massage was brilliant. The 2 girls were polite, helpful and a credit to the spa.

I had booked this as a treat for my friends birthday and after reading the reviews I was starting to panic. I didn't want it to be a let down as it was meant to be a present. Surprisingly I had a really peaceful tranquil time. I had hot stone massage and a facial and they were done really well I can't fault the treatment at all. The facilities are small but there was no one else there except me. This is more of a 2/3 hour spa experience - maybe if the advertising reflected that it would get less complaints as facilities are small and you only have a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Slight things the spa could improve on- a nice warm greeting and explanation of where things are and what to do e.g you will have treatments first then use facilities after for an hour- please help yourself to water it is here etc. As it is small it is self explanatory but still it adds a nice touch as I did see other people look around a bit lost like I did until you realised the plan. The water would give a more luxury feel if they used slices of lemon or cucumber and clear plastic cups rather than white insulated cups you would use in a cheap cafe. Also the resting area above the pool needs to be cleaned from underneath as the lack marks make it feel dirty. I've been to quite a few London spas And for the money this was a nice experience and really not as bad as other reviews. Just a few tweaks and this spa would get a lot of great reviews

After reading the reviews, was very worriedahout what to expect yesterday, but very glad to say I could now fault the spa in any way. Clean, professional and tranquil gem. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at sanook spa. The best facial ever, sweetest staff! Thanks for my birthday treat 😍

The facilities were not great but the masseuses were pretty good! I tried hot stone massage and was great

Went there as a friend took me for my birthday.. Not much to offer, the place is very small, we went for the facial massage and it was so so. Somebody posted 'worst spa in a great location'- totally agree.
