Love this club , only reason I'm giving it four stars is because if the bartender called Lucy. Some girls kept stealing my wig in the club multiple times during Halloween, and when we did found them in the toilet with the wig, I was angry and confronted them about it but the bartender intruded without knowing the whole situation. She was absolutely rude and egoistic, we have been going to the club for 3 years far longer than she has been working there. But the supervisor/ manager was really nice to us saying he/she would have a word with her. Besides that security guards and all absolutely amazing.So, there's multiple floors with different genre. Different days with different student themes. It's good.
Cheap entry but not cheap drinks £9.5 for a double shot drink, £6.5 for a single shot drink. Alright music and young crowd.
Ridiculously expensive... £17 for two single Whiskey and Cokes!?! But my friends paid half for two double vodkas. Either the prices for whiskey are ridiculously high, or I was ripped off because the staff assumed I was drunk. Horribly off-putting.
First time at this place last wow fantastic door staff and stewards were happy and good banter only downside to it the prices of the drinks but other then that fantastic brilliant
Nice enough bar, went on student night which wasn't as good but overall good place
Bouncers tried to act like hard men by grabbing my friends arm and then pushing me at force when I told him to get off her. There was absolutely no need to lay hands on anyone and I’m in shock that his colleague just stood laughing when this was going on instead of stopping him from laying hands on us. I have to say that all the bar staff that helped out when our other friend was ill were amazing and I cannot fault them but the way the bouncer acted was bang out of order and hence why I have made this review, I will also be putting in an official complaint.
Great atmosphere, like the fact that there's different music on each floor. Only let down is the bouncers can be a little rude and the drinks could be cheaper. Other than that, some good nights here :
Bouncer took one look at me and a friend and said "not today lads", we hadn't even drank yet, it was mid afternoon. The group infront of us didn't have masks, but he made the effort with them for some reason and said "Don't worry, I'll get you a mask". Shame he could judge myself and my friend so fast but went out of his way to help others. Anyway, we went elsewhere with our cash, their loss, I won't be back.
Had the best night out here at the weekend for my birthday! We came all the way from Edinburgh and had the best time. We will definitely be returning.
Last Saturday night my friend and I asked asked to get into soho, but it was late so they weren't letting new people in so we accepted that and we walked off. Later, we were stood up the street far from the entrance of soho, in a doorway so we werent on the street. My friend was trying to call someone so I was stood in front of her when a soho bouncer came up from the club to harass us, saying we were trying to sneak into the club. He was grabbing my friend forcefully and pushing her as I was trying to explain we were calling a mate and we weren't even near the club so there was no chance we could sneak in. He just kept on talking over me, and kept grabbing and shoving my friend. He was strawberry blonde about 5 '8, white.It was unnessasery and an unjust use of force as we weren't near the club or even on the main street. Whatever the reason, the use of force was completely unjustified and left us feeling threatened. Bouncers need to learn boundaries and not to harass people. If we have to worry about spiking in the club and harassment outside of it, what do we have? What's the point of going out?
