First time visiting the shop and was greeted with friendly staff and helpful information. Great shop with some lovely sofas and some great display items which unfortunately are not for sale as yet but very very expensive sofas will return when there is a good sale on
I’ve just popped on to leave a review after visiting the Stockton store yesterday with my partner. Martin was very friendly and helpful, wasn’t pushy and let us have a good look round first ourselves. Once we had chosen our sofa I think we must have sat for a couple of hours with Martin, we have a small new build with a small front room so he was determined to help us make sure the sofa would fit and was a genuinely nice guy. The customer service we received from Martin was excellent! Here’s hoping the sofa arrives on time or earlier and everything else is fine after reading all the negative reviews on here we are a little worried now. But have nothing negative to say about the store or customer service from Martin, Couldn’t have asked for a better service! Thank you!
Ordered and bought a sofa in July told staff I didn’t want it till middle of September due to house move. Everything was fine until I started chasing delivery in early October, no one could understand why it hadn’t been delivered, then told they had lost my order and I had to reorder, I complained and I got £100 compensation for the error, however when I couldn’t find anything in store as I needed something quickly and asked for my money back the £100 was taken off me as I was told it was just a credit note. Really poor service. Avoid at all costs I heard similar stories to mine since Why do you end all replies with email customer services it looks like your helping people your not I don’t want anything to do your company others be aware.

They have some very good sofas at reasonable prices. Had excellent service from Emma. Ask for her by name, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Recommended
Bought a clearance sofa from the shop. Received a text a night before our expected delivery with a time slot. Obviously got rid of my old sofa. Not even 2 hours before the sofa should have arrived got told it’s not coming! This is day 3 of having to sit on the floor, no one has apologised and we don’t even have another expected delivery date.
Good choice of suites and reasonable prices. Service was good and knowledgeable. Emma was very helpful and efficient.
Walked in and straight back out as the prices were absolutely ridiculous. I could buy a small second hand car for the price of the sofas on the way in.
Sold me a sofa based on an estimated 5 week lead time. That's now turned into 12 weeks which will probably only increase. I contacted them enquirying about the same sofa and they are still telling customers 5 weeks, obviously to make the sale. Edit: Ordered in April, 3 months on, no sofa. So much for the 5 week lead time. What a joke.
bought a sofa great 4 seater with a chaise no problem delivery date week early great. delivered a 3 seater not a 4 seater total wrong order sent photos as they didnt believe us to be then told you got what you paid for. then 3 days of fighting got told yes we did a mistake offered us £234 to keep the wrong sofa as a good will gesture. no good will there as only paying for the 3 seater sofa. now 3 weeks in still not sorting loads of phone calls and promises to be rang back still waiting emailed the CEO still waiting absolute shambles wouldnt recommend these at all staff in store are nice and friendly but the after care is a JOKE as there is none. i am soon contacting the furniture ombudsman on this one as sofology are a joke dont care at all
