Sofa has been delivered incomplete seat cushion missing and have had no contact since. Each call we have made has been dealt with poorly and only after the 3rd call did they actually confirm that the part has been ordered. They claimed initially that this would be resolved within 72 hours but it seems like they were stalling to get out with the 14 day period. If this isn’t resolved we will be rejecting the sofa. Terrible customer service and awful call handling . This is even ignoring the fact we waited 17 weeks instead of 7.
Just had my sofa delivered by a very angry delivery man who moaned the entire time, said over and over again it wasn't getting in the house - yet it's in here now. While he was here he took a phone call and called the delivery "a joke" while I was in the same room. Then he stormed out saying not to bother paying him when I challenged him on it. Called up Sofology and they take no responsibility because the courier is third-party. I also told them my sofa wasn't covered in any kind of plastic protective sheeting and was told I should have requested this. Then she shut the conversation down. She said she'd pass it on but she didn't ask for my name.
Not impressed with the sales assistant who we spoke with on entering the store. We told her what we were looking for and she pointed to the stairs and said go and look upstairs..... don't worry I'm not going to chase after you! With an attitude like hers needless to say we left the store and bought elsewhere.
Save yourself the stress, heartache and dissapointment. Buy from anywhere but sofology. If you do buy from them pray nothing goes wrong on delivery or quality as customer service is non existent, you would think their making an effort to be so poor at it. Seriously recommend to avoid
Very helpful staff who are not on commission and don't pressure you to buy. I've been there multiple times trying to decide on a sofa. They were always very patient with all my questions! Good range of sofas too.
Build quality poor, had our sofa coming up 3 years and one of the recliners has dropped below the level of the rest of the sofa. Called to claim against our protection pack which doesn't cover the fault surprise surprise. Engineer came out and more or less said fair wear and tear. Better priced sofas else where... won't be back that's for sure
!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!! need to give them minus stars. Great sales pitch, but you don't get delivery. Placed an order in October now June and have one piece of the sofa set...and its damaged. ....please don't make the same mistake look else where
Waited 17 weeks for my 2 two seater sofas. They were delivered at 7:30am and the guys done it all by the book. I was told that they had put on the Sofaglide's which would make the sofas easy to move about. I have had the sofas for less than two weeks and the Sofaglide's are coming off. It appears that they are just plastic discs about the size of a 10p piece and they are just placed on the feet of the sofa with a sticky tape. £30 for 8 plastic discs....okay if it works like on the video....but I doubt it very much. What will they do to remedy the matter....who knows as I can't get any reply from them. I was told to be wary of Sofology but would I listen.......
We've bought a suite and were happy with the helpfulness of the staff without being pushy and the suite itself, but the call centre for arranging delivery is ridiculously poor - my wife is now waiting for about an hour for a second time to arrange delivery. A shame a lovely suite and a good experience in the shop are brought down by poor service like this.
Haven't got my sofa yet, so can't comment on that, but the staff are amazing.... Great product knowledge, really friendly and helpful but not at all pushy!
