Impressed by look of revamped cafe.nBUT one staff member serving while 3 rearranged things! Disorganised number of cardboard boxes around.nWorst aspect was customer view of kitchen. Cluttered and messy. Health and safety issues. Mops and buckets in full view'of customers. Hand-wash sink blocked by trolley and equipment. Retraining needed.
Beautifully set up shopping mall for variety of household decorations and items. Lovely setting, I must say. They’ve also got caffe, where you could get something to eat and drink.
Purely because of the very poor performance of the cafe. Arrived with 5 people, not busy at the time. Received cold drinks that should have been hot and the breakfast was also served cold and inaccurate. On top of that the did not have two of the items advertised on the menu for the cooked breakfast. When I made the staff aware of the issues we had there was no apology or attempt to rectify so in the end I requested a refund and left. Utterly disappointed as I used to love going for breakfast and brunch here.
Cafe was awful. Only hot food was a toastie which was slightly toasted on one side and soggy on the other. Scones were like bricks. Only good thing was the staff who were friendly. Poor show Dunelm
Always good at Dunelm, small problem today I needed a standard lamp,I got rid of one a few months ago because they stopped making the bulbs for it, we really liked the lamp and to our surprise there was one on show we were about to buy it when we asked the assistant if she had spare bulbs for it she said no they don't make themnnany more, it was not the girl's fault she said I don't know why they keep sending them but we can't get the bulbs.nnWent back today they have had a refurbishment, really nice,well done.
