We had a delicious lentil/sage soup of the day, a warming bowl of curry and an espresso. Great food, amazing bread and the staff was friendly and genuine. We would love to go back there.

Nice place with lots of lovely baking smells. BUT OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Hence I only gave it 3 stars. I complained about the price of a croissant to go £2.25, and the response was 'that's what others charge'!

I was visiting Edinburgh and I wanted to eat some local cakes. I arrived just 15 minutes before the closing time, and the staff allowed me to stay and have my piece of cake :D Thank you!

Staff friendly. The cake selection was good. Unfortunately they didn't do milkshakes but the service was quick.
