Fantastic place to visit. Nothing was too much trouble. Leslie and family were all very friendly and really knowledgable of the local area. Best nights sleep I’ve had throughout my whole pregnancy if I could move back for the remainder I would in a heart beat the bed was just that comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, really nice locally sourced produce and a fantastic choice. (Home made pancakes were a bonus) myself and my husband will definetly be returning, next time also bringing the new little addition of our family.

This is a little gem of a guest house/B&B up in the upper valleys in Ebbw Vale. It is clean and comfortable and I'd also say chic too. It's modern, but the owners have given this place a classic and classy look and feel. Everything is spotlessly clean, the bedrooms are large with lovely modern bathrooms. There are the usual TV and tea making facilities, but there is also a small fridge so you can keep some items cool such as fresh milk (if you ask for it) for your tea/coffee. There is a large dining room and the owners were also serving an evening meal the night I was there; lamb and vegetables (for an extra price) and this was delicious. All in all, this is a great place to stay. It's in a good position to visit the Brecon Beacons area, near to Abergavenny, close the heads of the valley road so easy to get around to most places really. I can thoroughly recommend this guesthouse. Shame I was only staying the one night. I'd certainly stay here again if back in the area.
