These guys' gloves had come highly recommended by a friend using them on his season in Les Arcs. The gloves are as good as the service I had, which was super-friendly and super-fast. They're totally bombproof too. Just wish I could be back using them in Les Arcs!

Ordered an Ortovox jacket and pair of Gloves on the Wednesday before I was due to fly to La Tania on the Saturday and my order arrived the next day.  Very efficient fast service, the Gloves are particularly good quality and kept my hands extremely toasty on the slopes!  Very good experience, would recommend to friends.

Beware, items are sold and charged for which they don't have in stock. Ordered an ORTOVOX base layer for x-mas on the 14th of Dec. Invoice stated that there is an additional charge of£3.99 for sending the item with Royal mail First class, stating further that it will arrive usually next day. 
Wrote emails and finally rang on the 29th where I heard an awful lot of excuses (the manufactures fault, coming from Germany etc) and then finally to be told "that I (the proprietor of snowshephard) don't care and will cancel the order and refund your money" Fair enough,  they did it immediately but still left high and dry.
Avoid!!!
