First the good news: A couple of the ladies who frequently serve at the counter are brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The bad news: the back area where the prescriptions are prepared, boxed and stored is terrible. How difficult can it be - you give your name and address and you get your prescription, right? Wrong! I’d say about 50 % of the time I turn around and go back out immediately because of the queue. Often prescriptions take forever to be found, or are not there at all, no wonder there’s a massive queue!

The WORST chemist in the area!! Hugely understaffed! Prescriptions take days and days and are never ready when supposed to be! Prescriptions often vanish and can't be found. Some of the staff suffer from "Can't-be-bothered-itis". Unfriendly. Unhelpful. AVOID!!

If I could give minus star, I would. Absolutely no customer service. Everytime I go in there its at least a 20/25 minute wait, for something that's the same every month. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I'd rather drive half an hour away than go there again. Awful

Always a problem when collecting prescriptions- the chemist blames the doctors surgery but it’s not their error, it is ALWAYS the chemists error! Staff not helpful at all, always a queue no matter what time you go in. Complete disaster!

Waited over 30 mins for prescription for my 8 month old who was with me at the time and when I asked where it was they said “oh it’s behind that mans” who just came in. I asked why and they said they don’t know.. no sorry or admitting they forgot to do it.. I came back 10 minutes later and it was STILL not done and they didn’t even know I went anywhere!!! Ridiculously slow. Very rude. Never happy. No communication. I even heard the pharmacist tell two staff members to stop talking and start doing some work which is terrible as they were “busy” as they always say they are! Terrible terrible place if you want ANY kind of customer service.
