Really happy with the service at this company. Peter always had good communication and got my laptop repaired quickly after quoting for parts and giving me an estimated time frame for repairs. He collected and dropped off for me at the times arranged and I will definitely use them again. I very highly recommend them and will use them again should I need to in the future for sure.
Absolutely superb service. Peter and his team at proactive IT Support, not only under promised and over delivered, they fixed both of my computers within 24 hours knowing that I was going into hospital the following day, not only but also, their charges were very reasonable. My long standing IT support retired recently. I needed a new PC and two phones switching provider installed along with updating .security. ProActive responded positively and delivered. They listened to my needs and gave me options, provided one to one at home support sharing the process and resolved unexpected issues along the way, always checking that I was OK with solutions provided and subsequently responsive to phone queries. Provided reassurance and confidence and I will certainly contact again when the need arises.
Highly recommended company, found problems with my laptop quickly, needed new hard drive being an old machine, recommended and organised me a refurbished laptop with a much better spec than my original. Very reasonably price. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
These guys went to a lot of trouble to fix my PC it took them out of normal hours, during my visit I found that the service was second to none, they showed an unusual amount of care and attention to detail, I felt totally confident in their abilities, yes I will be using them again when needed.
I needed an upgrade of email settings that I was not able to complete myself. ProactiveIT did the job promptly and for a reasonable price. As my previous computer guru has now retired, I will definitely be using the, again for any other issues that may arise.
