Great service and lovely bar staff. Very welcoming and enough room for a large party. Top this off with a great choice of drinks and an open fire.
Popular with the friendly locals on my visit on a Monday afternoon. A roaring fire and 2 real ales from the Goose Eye brewery, what can go wrong!! People were blatantly vaping inside the pub, including the bar maid. Smokers in the doorway to the rear car park too. Because of this, I won't be returning.
Never been before even though l live just outside the Village. Attended a Wake and the food was lovely. Staff very attentive. Nice atmosphere.
Loved this pub prices for beer and drinks are very cheap cosy friendly and an open fire what more could you want

Spacious multi room village local with good access and facilities Inc car park and outside drinking area next to parish church. Real ales, Sky sports and I think occasional live bands.
