Located on the top of the hill with 360 degree panoramic views it provides very tasty pub style menu. Quiet on Easter evening. We had our dog with us in the bar area, had the chat with personnel and left the establishment to drive into the glorious sunset.
Lovely vintage style pub sitting above Keighley and close to Haworth serving good food and various Ales as well as wines and Gins. We received a warm welcome from the Landlord and the Staff were friendly and attentive. It has a large carpark, lots of outdoor seating and a play area for children. Themed food nights are planned and weddings, parties and events can held in the Barn. Something for everyone and we will definitely be visiting again.
Beautiful place set in a stunning location with amazing views. Staff were great, didn't really try the food or drinks as I was there for a funeral. Out in the middle of no where but worth a visit.
I really hope The New Quarry House is a success . Lots of parking and an excellent play area for the children . Some decent beers and ciders behind the bar . Only three tables were busy when we were there . I had duck with a tomato and red pepper sauce , strange combo but kinda worked . My wife's pie was dry and not so tasty . I will return and see if it has improved .
I would highly recommend this pub restaurant. My partner and I did a google search to find a place we could have lunch. The landlord and lady were very warm and friendly. We chose from the 3 course light lunch menu and were not disappointed! The soup and bread roll was delicious and fresh. The ham and chicken pie with chips and veg was plentiful, again it was all fresh. To finish we had a sticky toffee pudding and a Parkin sponge with custard. We were very satisfied from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The place is warm and welcoming great place for all. Thank you SB
A lovely location with gorgeous views over the valley. A warm welcome on arrival. Staff were really good with a member of our party who has dementia and some mobility issues, disabled access was clear no ramps and the staff advised me well on booking. Party of 9: Starters were yummy. Main courses were a mix of average chicken dishes a bit dry to excellent steak pie, fish n chips goats cheese stack is the only veggie main available no vegan options but it was amazingly delicious. large portions all round and waiting-on staff were very helpful.
Had a lovely Christening do at this excellent venue a couple of weeks ago. Couldn't be happier with how the day was handled. And the excellent large enclosed children's outdoor play area to the rear is a fantastic bonus. The food was also of a very high standard, with all our guests commenting on how much they enjoyed it. Highly recommended. All in all, a fantastic day. Many thanks to the management, and all the staff.
Fantastic food and lovely staff. The menu isn't cheap mains are ~£11-£16; starters and desserts ~£6 but considering the quality of the food it's great value for money. The chef is being smart with their Sunday roast. Instead of trying to beat a good home-cooked roast it's almost impossible to do at scale, they've made something subtly different.
The waitress was friendly enough but even though there was only 2 others in for food it took over 2 hours for our main course to arrive. There were Five adults 5 children and when it arrived we all thought it was very under average for taste. The kids pizza & chips looked & tasted the best. Shame really it's great for the kids with having the play area in the holidays but the food was not the best and not cheap either.
Food was excellent and service good. Covid safeguarding could be improved. Menus were reusable paper ones instead of laminated ones which can be wiped down. Entrance and exit in same place with people waiting to be seated causing confusion. Good points were waitresses were wearing visors and drinks were served on trays rather than handled.
