We have purchased several items from Snell and Robins and the customer service has been exceptional. Items are excellent quality and is now our one stop shop to make our house a home.

Great experience love the soft furnishings in fact love most things in this shop. Bought a lovely three tier candle holder for the centre of our dining table looks amazing. Very helpful friendly staff. Looking forward to a further visit in the near future.

Would rather set fire to my money than buy anything at this store. The owner is so arrogant and was awful with us and another customer in the store. Saw something I really liked and was about to buy it until I interacted with him. The other staff are lovely and helpful though. If he wasn’t there I would have definitely bought the item. *edit in reply to response* - nothing to do with a discount. Like I said I would have bought the item, regardless of price, until interacting with you. Think you have the wrong customer. I just found you really unhelpful.
